Designed an Agency Banking Platform to digitize and automate Point of Sales operations Carried out persona identification and mapping, documented User stories and requirements, authored a comprehensive User Guide/Manual for all personas , conducted User Acceptance Testing on the Minimum Viable Product, and Demonstrated it to the Product Owner/Stakeholders before Product Release. Carried out market research from multiple states in Nigeria to help improve the present mode of operation for point of sales operators Helped different Point of sales operators scale up their mode of operation and performance. Helped with the monitoring of task delegation to different stakeholder in the business
