Provided Business Transformation services by carrying out Process Mapping documentation of FIRST E&P As-Is business processes across all 9 departments of the organization.

The process documentation was categorized under three categories: Level 1 mapping depicting high-level processes mapped to functions: where 29 subunits and 70 high-level functions were identified and documented. Level 2 mapping showing end-to-end process workflows with associated inputs & outputs for each of the departments: where end-end processes were identified and 210 process workflows of each department/function were documented, inputs and outputs of each process, including data exchange were highlighted, vertical and horizontal integration were highlighted, and 12 identified processes at a granular level were depicted using Visio. Level 3 mapping covering departmental deliverables and sub-activities, as well as the controls embedded within those activities. Each function deliverables were identified, 367 high-level processes were mapped to functions and documented, and department deliverables, sub-processes, activities, systems, actors/personas, controls (internal & external) were identified. The project was executed in the stages listed below: • Interviews with Subject Matter Experts • Comprehensive documentation of all functions, processes and activities in each department • First level validation sessions with SMEs • FIRST E&P PMO Validation • Second level validation sessions with SMEs • Sign-off
