1) Created a Project Management Office (PMO) to track and maintain high level Stakeholder Engagement with the business owners, OEM as well as provide visibility on the creation and set up of the BioCharplant 2) Carried out high level research and created an end-to-end comprehensive Operational strategy document and Operational process workflow documentation covering all functional areas from set up to commercial 3) Developed user stories and provided business review and recommendations based on the business and technical Requirements 4) Authored Standard Operating Procedures for all the functions highlighted in the end-to-end process documents 5) Digitized and automated production rate, raw materials, facility and operations data feedback to product owners 6) Created a safety map based on analysis and conducting a practical session 7) Created a standardized method and framework for product labelling
