Where the program evolved focus from solely cost reduction to productivity, cost reduction and margin improvement. Restructured and Realigned the Organization using span of control analysis that created a competitive advantage, moved people closer to senior management and delivered better services with greater efficiency Created a Project Management Office (PMO) to track, remove initiative barriers and maintained upper-level visibility. Cost savings results was>$300MM
