Engaged the Subject Matter Experts to gain insight on the current processes in the organization and identified 17 processes and 52 sub processes cutting across all four identified departments Carried out a current state analysis and provided a fit-forpurpose business processes document that described the current state of the organization, the indicative gap analysis and recommendations for the next steps Designed a future state governance framework and organizational structure for the future state, and identified improvement opportunities Researched and created an Enterprise Resource Planning options documentation based on elicited pain points and identified opportunities Developed a Roles and Responsibilities matrix for the future state.
