Phase 1: Intellectual Property: Developed eleven (11) unique processes for Moniepoint’s agency banking platform to facilitate effective and seamless agency banking operations for Moniepoint’s Affiliates. Created a document outlining the business requirements and collate user stories. Developed process and feature documentations. Developed an end user manual. Developed product launch market reports.
As-is and To-be Requirements: Analyzed Moniepoint’s needs in relation to the Engagement and delivering a demo to explain all workflows, logic and documentations. Worked with Moniepoint’s product, technology, sales teams and agency banking customers to fine tune the user requirements and detail any features that may be relevant for a fully effective product. Worked with Moniepoint to document and sign-off to-be design needs with all relevant stakeholders. Phase 2: Implementation and Handover: Participated in stand-up meetings with Moniepoint on a daily basis. Participated in user acceptance testing of the improved agency banking platform of Moniepoint. Participated in pilot testing of the improved agency banking platform of Moniepoint. Participated in the new product launch.
